OK, so my R2D2 LEGO Mosaic is all done! WOO!

The boy is thrilled! And I’m pretty pleased with it myself.
Now I have to think of one for the girl…

That’s just amazing. R2D2 — going strong since 1977!
Is that 69 high by 45 wide? I counted by hand. If so, that’s 3,105 blocks!
Close! It’s 72 x 48 (there are bricks under the tile frame too to build it out a bit) so it’s 3456 bricks plus how ever many tiles.
I tell ya, this was so much fun to put together! I’ll put up a little thing soon explaining how I did it.
