This photo showed up on my email this week from my uncle Mark:
That's my grandpa, Ivyl Swanson, on the left. This was taken sometime in the 1940's, and to my uncle's best recollection, it's from some sort of safety promo.
Not a lot else to say here, except that that's the way a cop should look, and I miss him terribly.
