I love to grill and smoke and I had to share a few pics of a smoked deep dish pizza I made for dinner tonight:
You cook it in the oven for the first half, then add the cheese on top and finish it off in the smoker for about a half hour.
So good!!
My wife and I like pizza. And this summer we’re branching out a bit.

My wife made the crust, slathered it in Nutella, and then sprinkled chopped semi-sweet and white chocolate and hazelnuts. Warm it up and add a glass of milk. Yummy yum yum!
And I grilled, yes, grilled, pizza last night for dinner.
Throw some frozen dough on the grill…
…add fresh pesto, cheese, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, olives and pepperoni, grill for a bit more, and voilà !
Mmm… Pizza!
