To be honest, it’s almost too exhaustive to really be enjoyable! I was a huge Far Side fan like everyone else, but maybe this is just too many Far Side cartoons in one place. Every so often I read a few pages, put it down and then feel slightly guilty about spending my hundred bucks.
It’s wonderful to have on the shelf, and it’s certainly a beautiful volume, but I’m finding it hard to really delve into lately, much less simply pick up.
